Freight Deliveries

Delivery Scheduling: For freight deliveries, the carrier will schedule the delivery directly with you. A signature will be required upon arrival to ensure that your order is received securely. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.

Damage/Loss Claims

If your order arrives with transit damage, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery. This allows us to assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and resolving the issue promptly.To expedite the claims process, please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging when reporting the damage.

Delivery Delays

Return Window

All items requested to be returned must be:

Unused: Products should not show any signs of wear or use.

In Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

Resellable: Products should be in a condition that allows them to be resold.

Non-Returnable Items - Final Sale: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Custom Products: Any items made to customer specifications.

Opened or Used Products: Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Return Process

Initiation: To request a return, customers must email sales@premiumhomedirect.com with their order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: A Return Authorization (RA) will be provided, which must be included with the returned item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using an insured, trackable carrier to ensure the safe return of items.

Shipping Address: The return shipping address will be provided in the Return Authorization email.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15-25% may apply depending on the product type and condition upon return. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the
time of purchase, following the inspection of the returned product.

Refund Timeline: Customers can expect to receive their refund within 7-10 business days after the return has been approved and processed.
