Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

Duration: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This allows ample time for customers to evaluate their purchase and ensure satisfaction.

The Outdoor Plus

All products by The Outdoor Plus are custom built to your specifications and will take 3-4 weeks to ship. Because each item is custom built, The Outdoor Plus does not accept returns. In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged, you should refuse delivery. The damaged item(s) will be returned and remade for you. Please contact us with any questions regarding this policy. 

Condition of Items

All items requested to be returned must be:
Unused: Products should not show any signs of wear or use.
In Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
Resellable: Products should be in a condition that allows them to be resold.
Non-Returnable Items - Final Sale
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Custom Products: Any items made to customer specifications.
Opened or Used Products: Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Return Process

Initiation: To request a return, customers must email sales@premiumhomedirect.com with their order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: A Return Authorization (RA) will be provided, which must be included with the returned item.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using an insured, trackable carrier to ensure the safe return of items.
Shipping Address: The return shipping address will be provided in the Return Authorization email.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15-25% may apply depending on the product type and condition upon return. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, following the inspection of the returned product.
Refund Timeline: Customers can expect to receive their refund within 7-10 business days after the return has been approved and processed.
Transit Damage: If items arrive damaged, customers must report the damage within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and packaging to expedite the resolution process.
