Most standard items ship within 5–10 business days, while larger appliances or custom-built products — such as stoves, outdoor kitchen sets, or wine coolers — may take 10–15 business days to process and ship. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status. We currently ship across the U.S., with international shipping available on request.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and a 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on the product type.
